How It Works
1. Voluntary Contributions
Duggan employees can opt-in for small, manageable payroll deductions or one-time contributions to build the collective care fund.
2. Employee Funded Support
100% of the funds go directly into a ring-fenced account managed by a dedicated employee committee to ensure transparency.
3. Quarterly Request Process
Every quarter, members can submit requests for hardship relief or community projects which are reviewed with strict confidentiality.

We channel our collective resources into two main streams to ensure we are helping where it matters most, both within our workplace family and the neighborhoods we call home.
Hardship Support
Assisting families facing medical emergencies, natural disasters, or unexpected personal crises.
Just want to take a moment to thank everyone who takes part in this great charity. Recently my wife was diagnosed with her 3rd Bout cancer, and I had to take time of from work. We reached out to Duggan Cares and were with such immediate help it blew my mind. Without a long story and enough words to tell you how grateful we are.
